Your Responsibilities As a customer service representative with us, you will be a key person in contact with our customers. Your main responsibilities include: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide advice on products and orders. Handle returns, complaints, and warranty matters. Administer orders and customer matters in our system. Receive customers visiting our warehouse store. Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing to ensure smooth deliveries. Working hours: weekdays, daytime. Temporary position starting immediately - end of August We are looking for someone who: Has experience in customer service or administration. Is a problem solver with a service mindset through and through. Enjoys a role where you get to communicate with many different people. Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems. Can express yourself fluently in Swedish in speech and writing, and preferably also in English. Has a positive attitude and enjoys working at a fast pace.
