We are now seeking committed and responsible decommissioning technicians for our team at Barsebäck. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a unique operation where safety, quality, and collaboration are in focus. About the Role As a decommissioning technician at ISS at Barsebäck Nuclear Facility, you will be an important part of the decommissioning and demolition work within the facility's decommissioning project. You will work alongside experienced colleagues in an operation where safety, thoroughness, and responsibility are crucial for the work to be carried out safely and efficiently. In the role, you will, among other things: - Perform decommissioning work in various parts of the facility - Participate in demolition and dismantling work - Work in accordance with current safety, protection, and radiation protection regulations - Contribute to order, organization, and continuous improvements in the operation - Perform other work tasks as needed by the operation You will work closely with competent colleagues in a team that currently consists of approximately 65 employees who together deliver various services to the client. The position is located at Barsebäck Nuclear Facility in Kävlinge Municipality and is a permanent full-time position with an initial six-month probation period. Working hours are primarily during daytime, but variations may occur based on operational needs. We are seeking someone who is responsible, flexible, and enjoys practical and physical work. Requirements - 18 years of age or older - B-class driving license - Previous experience in service-oriented work - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Good physical ability Meritorious - Experience from nuclear facility operations - Experience with decommissioning or demolition work - Forklift operator certification - Radiation Protection Technician §7 - Other relevant training or certifications in industrial and safety work Your Application We hope we have sparked your interest!
