We are now seeking a coordinator for Sörgården in Söråker – a residential care facility with special services for adult women and men with mental health disabilities. The facility has 15 places, and each resident has their own apartment while also having access to shared spaces for meals, activities, and social interaction. About the Role As a coordinator, you work daytime hours and have a central role in the operation. You coordinate and plan the daily work in close collaboration with the manager and serve as support for both residents and staff members. The role combines administrative and coordinating tasks with hands-on work in the facility. Your responsibilities include, among others: Coordination and planning of daily operations Creation and follow-up of implementation plans Documentation and quality assurance according to applicable guidelines Contact with social services, healthcare, guardians, and other partner organizations Support and guidance to staff members in ongoing work Onboarding of new employees and interns Care work and contact person responsibilities Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is committed, well-organized, and works well in collaboration with others. You thrive on taking responsibility, bringing order, and contributing to smooth daily operations. You have education in healthcare, social care, or social work, plus experience from social psychiatry, LSS, or other care and support services. Experience with coordination, documentation, and contact with authorities is a merit. We place great importance on personal suitability and particularly value flexibility, initiative, good collaboration skills, and professional conduct.
