About the Position As a nursing assistant, you are professional in your role and focus on the resident. Care work means providing individual support and assistance to residents, where you provide professional knowledge and respectful treatment. This includes personal care, social community and activities, service tasks (cleaning, laundry, etc.), and documentation responsibilities—all essential for residents to have meaningful daily lives, dignified existence, and a sense of well-being. You are also expected to work on delegated healthcare tasks as needed in the operation. As an employee, you collaborate easily with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the operation functions optimally. You take responsibility for the overall environment, including the kitchen and common areas as part of daily work, and you take responsibility for one or more assigned areas with interest in developing them. You share knowledge and experience both in daily work and at team and workplace meetings, you introduce new staff, and you contribute with fresh ideas and work enthusiasm. As a coordinating nursing assistant, in addition to care work, you are responsible for: planning the department's work schedule and overseeing upcoming events for residents and staff, maintaining good communication about this with colleagues, unit assistant, and unit manager planning auxiliary tasks on the department, collaborating with the unit assistant regarding quality work, and being a cohesive force for work group issues that need to be escalated actively participating in planning activities, ensuring they are included in work planning, and inventorying and ordering supplies, food, and special diets monitoring apartments during move-outs/move-ins, showings, and planning for arrival conversations receiving external resources and providing information/support serving as a role model and working toward a good work environment Are You the One We're Looking For? We seek someone trained and working as a nursing assistant, holding a professional credential, with experience working as a coordinator or equivalent role in healthcare and care services. Education Requirements Nursing Assistant credential with protected title (to be attached to application) Work Experience Requirements Nursing Assistant Coordinator or equivalent role in healthcare and care services About the Employment Number of positions: 1 100% position, working Monday–Friday and occasional weekends.
