In a smaller town, we do business personally – here you'll sell everything, meet customers where they are, and be a clear representative for Brandt in the field. About the Role As a sales representative with us, you'll work with sales of Ford, Ford Commercial Vehicles, and used cars – to both private and business customers. The role is broad and varied, where you're responsible for the entire sales process from first contact to vehicle delivery. You're not just in the showroom – you're present with customers on-site, receive visiting customers, conduct outreach activities, and show vehicles in person. For us, it's important that you enjoy customer interactions, build relationships, and want to work where business happens. Your Profile You're a versatile person who thrives with variety, responsibility, and working close to all aspects of the business – from first customer contact to closing the sale. You enjoy working in a smaller town where relationships, presence, and local knowledge make a difference. With strong self-motivation, you work purposefully toward set goals and always prioritize the customer experience. You're attentive to customer needs, flexible and solution-oriented, and enjoy being visible, out in the field, and meeting customers in their daily lives. Your workday is varied and consists of sales in the showroom, proactive customer engagement via phone and digital channels, as well as personal customer meetings and outreach sales work. We'd like to see that you have previous sales experience and good local knowledge, but your attitude is most important. You're a team player who takes initiative, collaborates toward common goals, and sees opportunities in every customer interaction.
