With support from leaders and colleagues, you develop step by step – with the goal of taking the leap to Team Leader. When you're ready, you take on greater responsibility where you: - Work with your own field sales – and lead by example through your performance. - Coach, motivate, and support your team toward shared goals. - Contribute to a strong team spirit, sales culture, and work environment. This is a perfect role for you if you have a sales drive – but also a willingness to develop others. ✅ We're looking for you: - Have sales experience – preferably field or face-to-face. - Are social, responsible, and motivated by targets. - Have an interest in coaching, inspiring, and leading others. - Have a B-category driver's license and are free from remarks in the criminal record and credit register. - Can work Monday–Thursday 13–21 and Friday 10–18. Previous leadership experience is a plus – but not a requirement.
