As an inside sales representative at Skandro, you will primarily work with new customer acquisition, but the role also includes developing and maintaining existing customer relationships. For larger business opportunities, our experienced field sales representative will visit the customer, but you are responsible for driving the deal to completion in this role. The position is located in our new facilities in Särö, outside Kungsbacka, where you will be part of a team that collaborates closely. In the role, you will work with: - Overall responsibility for your own customer portfolio - Updating and working in Lime Go and other CRM systems - Qualifying leads, customers, and products - Phone-based outreach to new and existing customers - Handling incoming inquiries - Calculating and pricing custom packaging - Following up on quotations - Registering customers in relevant systems and services - Communicating with production to ensure correct delivery - Following up on customer orders and proactively managing any discrepancies To succeed in the role, you have: - Several years of documented sales experience, preferably with industrial customers - Good experience working in CRM systems - Good analytical skills and a structured work approach - B-class driver's license - Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
