Sales Product Specialist

Utrustad AB is growing and we're looking to strengthen our team. We're seeking someone who is passionate about outdoor activities and finds joy in inspiring and guiding others toward amazing experiences in the wilderness. We're now looking for a sales product specialist to work in our store and with our e-commerce operations. Are you curious, creative, enjoy spending time in the wilderness, and love diving deep into your equipment knowledge while seeing value in sharing that expertise and helping others experience our amazing nature? About the Sales Product Specialist Role You will assist customers in the store, receive and stock merchandise, pack and deliver orders, handle price labeling and displays, contribute to our website content, support customers with inquiries – all to create a positive customer experience through personalized service and strong commitment. Working hours vary and are distributed Monday through Saturday. This is a permanent position of approximately 40 hours per week. You'll work closely with three other team members and collaborate to solve whatever may be needed for the company to continue developing. Are You the Right Fit? We'd like to see you have a secondary education and some experience from service-oriented roles. You speak and write Swedish fluently and have strong IT skills. You don't need to be an expert in outdoor activities, but you should appreciate being outdoors and want to learn more about both outdoor lifestyle and the products that enrich it. It's also a plus if you can convey this in writing. We're looking for someone who can work independently, is creative and takes initiative, while also being a great team collaborator.
