Communicate with potential members in person and online. Present membership options at our gyms clearly and confidently. Lead sales conversations, track potential customers, and maintain client relationships. Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify local partnerships and opportunities that bring added value to the gym and community. Collaborate with the training team to ensure a great experience for members.
