Sala Primary Care Center Seeks BT/ST-Physician!

Would you like to complete your BT or ST in general medicine and gain broad and developmental experience in primary care? Sala Primary Care Center is now seeking an ST/BT-physician. As an ST/BT-physician with us, you will work in the broad field of general medicine with patients of all ages and life situations. The work includes both scheduled and acute visits and takes place in close collaboration with other professionals at the primary care center. You work independently with support from colleagues and have daily access to specialist physicians for medical consultation. You will receive regular supervision, dedicated study time, and participate in Region Västmanland's training program for BT/ST-physicians. The position provides excellent opportunities to develop your clinical competence and progressively assume greater responsibility in the physician role. The primary care center has specialized clinics in areas such as asthma/COPD, diabetes, hypertension, and dementia. The team also includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, and psychotherapists. A child health center (BVC) is part of the operations. The approach is team-based and person-centered. We are looking for someone who: • Is a licensed physician and wants to complete BT or ST in general medicine • Has an interest in primary care and broad patient care responsibilities • Collaborates well with other professions • Is responsible, flexible, and contributes to good teamwork You must have a Swedish physician's license, and Swedish language skills at minimum level C1 are required, as you must be able to communicate freely with patients, relatives, and colleagues.
