About the Role In this role, you are responsible for daily security at the facility. You will work closely with our Security Director and take a key part in all security operations. You lead and support security personnel, plan staffing, and ensure that procedures are followed. You actively work with access control, visitor management, and incident reporting, as well as coordinate response to events and deviations. You collaborate closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure integration of physical security systems, access control infrastructure, and monitoring platforms. An important part of the assignment is working preventatively through risk assessments, security inspections, and development of systematic occupational health and safety work. You also participate in training personnel in security, crisis management, and procedures, and cooperate with authorities, emergency services, and other external parties as needed. As the company grows, you will become team leader for all security personnel. You Are We are looking for someone with experience in security work, preferably in a leadership role, and with good knowledge of Swedish legislation regarding occupational health and safety. You are communicative, confident in your leadership, and thrive in a collaborative environment where you can bring people along with you. You have the ability to act calmly and methodically even in pressured situations and are accustomed to working with documentation, reporting, and technical security systems.
