What the Role Involves As a designer, you will work broadly with planning and technical support for nationwide customers. You function as the link between customer, project manager, sales, and technician—ensuring every project is set up correctly from the beginning through delivery and commissioning. You are involved in the entire chain from inquiry to finished solution and have an important role in building long-term customer relationships. Examples of Tasks: Design and prepare security solutions based on customer needs Produce drawings and documentation in CAD Provide technical support to customers, project managers, and technicians Review orders and ensure correct solution and material selection Participate in customer discussions with, for example, store managers and purchasers Work closely with installation teams and understand time requirements, materials, and execution Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone with previous practical experience from the industry who wants to take the next step. You have: Experience from the security industry, preferably as an installer or technician Strong technical understanding of locks, alarms, access systems, or similar solutions CAD skills Familiarity with systems such as RCO, SPC, or ASSA ARX You are comfortable in customer dialogue and thrive in a role where you can combine technology with collaboration. As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and able to quickly understand different projects and customer needs.
