Your Responsibilities As a machine operator, you work in a team and are responsible for keeping production lines running 24/7. Together, you contribute to meeting our production goals and ensuring we deliver high-quality products. In this role, you will also: Gradually learn the entire production process - from material input to finished product. Develop an understanding of how materials behave in production to create stable and efficient operations. Contribute to continuous improvements in safety, production, and work environment. We actively work to create a safe and sustainable work environment where all employees feel responsibility and participation. Safety is not just about procedures and protective equipment - it's about a living safety culture in daily work! Your Background/Your Qualities We're looking for someone at the beginning of your industrial career or someone with experience from process industry who wants to take on new challenges in circular production. We believe that you: - Prioritize safety first in your work. - Are proactive, take responsibility, and have the drive to go the extra mile. - Are technically interested and have the desire to understand how processes connect. - Want to contribute to a good work climate and enjoy working in a team. - Have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. - Have a strong commitment to quality and safety.
