At the military restaurant Yggdrasil, we serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening meals to 600 conscripts and personnel – 365 days a year. Here you'll be the heart of the operation: the person who brings energy, develops the team, and ensures every guest leaves us with a smile. Your mission – to lead with energy and quality. Together with your team, you are responsible for daily operations. Your main tasks will be: - Lead, inspire, and ensure a safe, engaged, and developmental work environment for our staff. - Guarantee top quality, from menu planning to guest and customer service. - Manage operations and take responsibility for administration, finance, reporting, and compliance with laws and Compass Group policies. We are looking for someone who - is a confident leader with solid experience in leadership, restaurant operations, and administration. - plans efficiently and in a structured manner, has good IT skills (Office365), and strong business acumen. - has a good sense of humor, a sharp eye for detail, and is a natural problem-solver who loves service. - thrives in a dynamic environment where you can take your own initiatives. - speaks and writes Swedish fluently. Mandatory Requirements Since the operations are conducted within a military area, the following are absolute requirements for this position: - Swedish citizenship. - Clean criminal record (with no remarks) and security clearance. - Category B driver's license and access to your own car.
