As a spare parts specialist, you help our customers find the right spare parts and accessories for their John Deere forestry machinery. The role combines sales, customer service, order handling, and warehouse work. You function as an important link between customer, workshop, and service technician, where excellent service, technical interest, and a solution-oriented work approach are crucial for success in the role.
