At Önnestadsgymnasiet, we offer five specializations and a total of 9 vocational pathways within our agricultural program. Here, we study and teach agriculture in practice through specializations in forestry, animal care, nature tourism, horse management, and agriculture. The tone between staff and students is personal, classes are small, and both facilities and educational grounds are of high quality. Since 2010, Hushållningssällskapet Skåne has been the principal operator of Önnestadsgymnasiet, providing a stable and secure foundation for operations. We have just over 50 employees working in coordination for our 230 students. Önnestadsgymnasiet is located 8 km northwest of Kristianstad. About the Position As a repair technician/instructor with us, you play an important role in keeping the school's machinery and equipment in good condition while contributing to students' practical learning. You work closely with colleagues in a cohesive team and support practical activities where safety, order, and professional pride are in focus. Beyond service and repairs, the role also includes machine operation, particularly within the school's extensive agricultural operations. The position is therefore varied and dynamic, combining technical work, practical machine operation, and instruction in a vibrant educational environment. About You You are passionate about sharing your knowledge with young people who will work in the future of agriculture. You are confident in your professional role, have strong collaboration skills, and contribute to a positive, safe, and respectful work environment. You work methodically and easily switch between independent work and team collaboration.
