We at the rental department are in an exciting development phase and are looking for a new engaged team member. The coming year includes, among other things, a change of our business system. We are looking for someone who has the drive and willingness to be an active part of our transformation journey. About the role As part of our Rental & Used team, you will handle rental agreements from start to finish for approximately 16,700 forklifts. This includes tasks such as financing, invoicing, indexing, interest rate updates, and creating calculations for potential contract changes. The work involves problem-solving, finding and interpreting our regulations, and making independent decisions based on the situation. You provide support to sales representatives, service managers, and service technicians regarding rental agreement matters. We want you to contribute to the development of processes, routines, and working methods relevant to your role, which involves many contacts both within the organization and with customers. The position is located at TruckHuset in Mjölby, which is Toyota Material Handling Sweden's logistics center. Approximately 60 employees work here, both in the office and in the workshop. Your profile You are driven, have experience with financial tasks, and are thorough. You can quickly switch between different tasks and handle multiple processes simultaneously, such as phone calls and documentation in the business system, multiple business modules, support systems, and customer portals. You enjoy working in a team and like having many contacts, both internal and external. You are customer-oriented, flexible, and have the ability to prioritize tasks. You are not afraid to make independent decisions and help a colleague find a solution. We expect you to be outgoing, have a service mindset, and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the workplace. You have at least upper secondary education. You have good computer skills and experience with Excel. You have the ability to quickly switch between different data systems. We would like to see that you have experience with similar tasks. You enjoy having a communicative role and taking responsibility for specific tasks where you drive your own areas of responsibility.
