Preschool Director Position

Waldorf Preschool in Hardeberga is seeking a director Our preschool is located in a calm and beautiful village setting just outside Lund. We have a fantastic outdoor environment with large gardens, surrounded by fields and cultural landscape, and we are neighbors with Lunds Waldorfskola primary school. The preschool will accommodate approximately 45 children by fall, divided into three older children groups and four groups for younger children. The director position can range from 40–60%, and can potentially be combined with work in a child group. We would like you to: - Have experience working as a preschool director. - Have completed or be willing to complete director training and have knowledge of preschool legislation and mission. - Be trained as a Waldorf preschool teacher. - Have experience and knowledge of Waldorf pedagogy, preferably from working in a Waldorf preschool. - Have strong ability to inspire and engage staff in active participation to jointly conduct and further develop the work within the organization. - Applicants may have other relevant education in leadership or director roles.
