The school has a work organization with team leaders who work together with the principal to ensure that daily operations function smoothly, and a development organization with senior teachers who work with the principal to drive and lead the development areas that the school has prioritized. 1 position(s). DUTIES Serving as principal in Vingåker Municipality means taking on significant responsibility—it is work that means a great deal to many people, both young and old. The principal works with those who are our future and therefore holds one of Vingåker's most important positions. The daily work as principal is complex and dynamic, involving work with children, guardians, staff, and other principals. The Principal · participates in the department's management group and reports to the department head · has operational responsibility and organizes school activities both long-term and in daily operations · is responsible for personnel and the work environment · leads pedagogical development work · leads quality work including evaluation, analysis, and long-term goals · is well-versed in the school's policy documents QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: · A pedagogical university degree or other education that we consider equivalent · Experience working as a principal or assistant principal at an elementary school · A clear vision of pedagogical leadership gained through experience working in schools · Experience successfully leading improvement initiatives It is an asset if you have completed a principal's program, but it is not a requirement. As the recruitment occurs during vacation periods, we are not available to answer questions between weeks 27-28 and 30-31.
