As a recruiter, you and your colleagues are also responsible for filling the Social Services Department's summer substitute positions. The Social Services Department consists of 600 employees where the breadth of the assignment is extensive. The department is divided into five operational areas and is located throughout the municipality. Here, care and health services, support and services, as well as health and medical care are provided to the municipality's citizens who need it, at all stages of life. A day as a Recruiter at the Staffing Pool As a recruiter, you will continuously work with recruiting hourly-paid temporary substitutes and also be responsible for recruiting vacation substitutes. The work largely consists of selection, interviews, and administration of the recruitment, employment, and salary-setting process. The Operations Manager is your immediate supervisor. Your Competence Requirements for the position: You have an academic degree with a focus on personnel and work life, or other academic education combined with experience deemed equivalent. You have good communication skills and are relationship-building, as the position involves many contact points in the organization. You have a pronounced service mindset and enjoy working independently while maintaining engagement. You have good self-awareness and the willingness to contribute to operational development. You have good organizational and collaboration skills. You express yourself well in speech and writing. Driver's license for a passenger car. Meritorious for the position: You have previously worked with recruitment and administration. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
