One of our current colleagues in the Social Welfare Sector will be on parental leave, and we are looking for you to be the hub of our case management during her absence. Job Responsibilities This position is a combined role as Records Administrator and Board Secretary. In this combined role, you ensure that the board's work is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and that the authority's document management maintains high quality. The assignment is central to our democratic processes functioning and for the organization to provide safe and legally secure support to the municipality's residents. As Records Administrator, you are responsible for digital and physical mail opening and recording of documents in the registry. You provide support with feedback management and disclosure of public records. Together with a colleague, you will be responsible for board administration for the two boards under the Social Welfare Sector. This involves working closely with the sector manager and board chairman to prepare meeting notices and minutes, coordinate documents and mailings, quality assure decision formulations, and be an important link between politics, citizens, and staff members in the sector and municipality. Within the sector, there is an established structure to follow, and you will have access to an experienced colleague for support. You will also be part of a functional group with records administrators and board secretaries in the municipality. Qualifications You have a university degree with an appropriate focus, such as public administration, political science, or another university degree that the employer deems equivalent. You have good knowledge of the Municipal Act, the Administrative Act, and the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act. We would like you to have knowledge of and interest in legislation governing the boards' operations. We would appreciate it if you have previous experience working in a politically governed organization and experience with modern case and document management systems. The position places high demands on accuracy, attentiveness, and the ability to create and maintain good relationships in both internal and external contacts. Good communication skills, good conduct, cooperation skills, and a professional approach are essential. You should have good knowledge of Swedish, good ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing, and good computer skills. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Terms Full-time. Fixed-term employment for one year with possibility of extension. Other Information Selection may take place on an ongoing basis during the application period. Interviews are planned for weeks 26 and 28.
