About the role With us, you'll have a broad and varied role where you work closely with both clients and colleagues. We are a small firm with short decision-making paths, high trust, and great flexibility in everyday work. We're looking for someone who is self-driven in: - Ongoing bookkeeping - Financial statements - Audit reviews - Tax returns - Client contact and own client responsibility It's a merit if you also have experience with payroll administration. We always help each other within the team and support is available when needed, but we're looking for someone who feels confident driving their own assignments forward and who enjoys close contact with clients. How we work We primarily work in Fortnox and Capego. The work mainly includes ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliation work, monthly reporting, VAT submissions, payroll, and preparation of financial statements and annual reports. The position is mainly based at our office in Falun. We believe strongly in working close together in our daily operations, both for collaboration and team spirit. At the same time, we have a very flexible work culture where we try to make things work for everyone.
