Your responsibilities You are responsible, together with an accounting assistant, for accounting and handle the full range of the financial flow, from daily operations to monthly and annual financial statements. You are thorough, efficient, and thrive with having many balls in the air. In addition to day-to-day work, you also contribute to us continuously moving forward and finding smart ways to do things. Examples of what the role includes: Ongoing accounting Accounts payable and payments Bank and balance sheet reconciliations Accruals and financial statement work Handling of VAT, EU VAT, AGI, and taxes Financial reporting Support with audits and liquidity monitoring About us Timarco is a market-leading e-commerce company specializing in branded underwear online – and we're growing. We sell well-known brands such as Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Triumph, Björn Borg, and Sloggi, deliver over 400,000 packages per year, and generate revenue of more than 200 million kronor. We operate throughout the Nordic region and are also present in markets such as Germany, the Netherlands, England, Poland, Switzerland, France, and others. The goal is to become the obvious name for underwear online in Europe. This is a journey we're in the middle of, and now we want more engaged employees to join us on it. We're looking for someone who is self-driven, organized, and enjoys a broad working approach. You take responsibility for your tasks, are flexible when priorities change, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues inside and outside the finance function. You are used to working thoroughly even at a fast pace, and you appreciate when there's room not only to handle day-to-day work but also to contribute to how we work going forward. We would like to see that you have: Post-secondary education in economics/accounting, or equivalent experience Experience with ongoing accounting, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and reporting Good understanding of accounting principles Experience with VAT and taxes Good Excel skills Good knowledge of Swedish and English Meritorious: Experience from e-commerce Experience with group structures and intercompany transactions Experience with accounting systems, such as Lundify (formerly Björn Lundén) and Tripletex Application Send your application to [email protected].
