OP Administration is a full-service firm in accounting and bookkeeping. We handle everything an accounting department does; ongoing bookkeeping, vendor payments, invoicing, payroll, financial statements, project accounting, annual reports and tax returns. Responsibilities As an accounting assistant, you will work with ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations and customer inquiries. We will teach you about financial statements and annual reports if you don't already know them. Perhaps you can also handle payroll—feel free to do that if you can. You are an accommodating and service-oriented team player who will eventually take responsibility for your own clients. Since we have customers from many different industries, you are a curious and open individual who is not afraid of challenges big and small. As our new employee, you will receive a thorough introduction from your colleagues and will have the opportunity to grow into the role. The position is located at our office in Falun and you will work in beautiful premises centrally located on Åsgatan. Qualifications We see that you have some education in accounting or other experience we consider equivalent. You have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We work in several different accounting systems, but experience with any system, for example Fortnox, Marathon or similar is a plus. Your Profile Our customers are very important to us, and therefore it is a given that you have a genuine interest and understanding for the business we conduct and that you are a good ambassador for the company. We are 7 people in the Falun office, so your personal qualities will be important. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and has the drive to work independently after initial training, but at the same time has good collaboration skills. You are adaptable, reliable, thorough, unpretentious and have a sense for numbers. We look forward to your application!
