Our assignments include ongoing bookkeeping, financial statements, tax returns, tax advice, payroll administration and business support. About the role As an accounting assistant with us, you work independently with ongoing bookkeeping for a number of clients, but with greater support in your daily work than what is required for an experienced accounting consultant. You are responsible for entering incoming material, reconciliations and working according to our procedures and processes. As you become comfortable with the ongoing work, you gradually move on to working with closing entries, tax returns and customer dialogue. How quickly this happens varies between individuals; we adapt the approach based on your conditions and how you develop in the role. You always have someone to discuss things with and receive continuous guidance along the way. If you have an interest in the payroll area, there is also an opportunity to design your position so that it eventually includes some work as a payroll consultant. Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who have recently graduated as a master of business administration, or who have completed a KY or YH education with a focus on accounting. You don't need to have worked with accounting before, but we see that you have a good theoretical foundation to build on. You are thorough, structured and have an easy time adopting new ways of working. You have good general IT skills, enjoy digital environments and are not afraid to learn new systems. The most important thing for us is that you have an interest in finance, a desire to develop and a positive attitude towards working both independently and together with others. You take responsibility for your tasks and are not afraid to ask questions when something is unclear. What do we offer?
