We are now seeking an Accounting Manager for our client in the manufacturing industry just outside Tranemo. About the Role As an Accounting Manager, you will have a central role where you are responsible for the company's accounting and financial follow-up. The role is broad and combines accounting work, analysis, and business-oriented support, while you contribute insights and materials to the management team. The role also includes group accounting and development of processes and routines within the finance area. Here you are offered a broad and operationally focused role where you get overall responsibility for finance and work closely with management and other functions. You will become an important part of the organization in a work environment characterized by collaboration, short decision-making paths, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Your areas of responsibility include: Responsibility for ongoing accounting, invoicing, and payments Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Group accounting Budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up Supporting management with financial analyses, follow-up, and reporting Your Profile We are looking for someone with knowledge of accounting and experience of independently managing financial statement work. We believe you have: Knowledge and experience of bookkeeping, accounting, financial statements, and reporting Ability to work independently with responsibility for the finance flow Good understanding of analysis and business follow-up Experience working operationally focused in the manufacturing industry Experience using business systems and Excel Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English It is a merit if you have experience with group accounting.
