About the Role At Mo Gård we communicate using sign language or adapted communication in other ways based on the individual's needs. Your task is to provide support in the individual's daily life and assist based on the person's interests, wishes, and circumstances. You provide support in daily activities from a pedagogical approach. The daily work includes, among other things, support and guidance in personal care, meals, medication management, hygiene routines, and support in social activities. You will be part of an engaged work team where together you work to ensure that each individual has a meaningful occupation and daily life. Who Are You? We would prefer that you have completed upper secondary education in a care and health program or children's and leisure program. It is a great advantage if you have previous experience with similar tasks. Knowledge of sign language, understanding of disabilities, and experience within psychiatry are also considered merits. As a person, you are engaged and outgoing, you find it easy to collaborate and create contacts and maintain good relationships. You are secure and stable, with self-insight and a flexible mindset. You are responsible, like order and organization, and take your own initiatives in your work. In our recruitment, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Computer skills are required as documentation is a recurring task. You should be able to communicate in Swedish verbally and in writing to facilitate the information that forms the basis of your work. Employment Employment Type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. Start Date: As soon as possible by agreement Working Hours: Your working hours will follow a schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends. On-call duty may occur if the operations require it in the future. We apply individual salary setting. A prerequisite for employment is that you can provide an extract from the criminal record register and that you have Swedish work authorization.
