We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced QMS Specialist who wants to help ensure that Skruf Snus products maintain the highest quality. Your Assignment As a Quality Management System Specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring and developing Skruf Snus's quality management system. You will work closely with production, support functions, and management with the goal of driving improvement initiatives related to quality, regulatory compliance, and safety. The role combines strategic work with operational efforts and offers considerable autonomy and responsibility. Examples of Your Tasks: Establish, maintain, and develop quality management systems (QMS) according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits and support external and regulatory audits Ensure compliance with internal requirements and external regulations through risk assessments and trend analyses (e.g., FDA, EMA, ISO) Ensure correct lifecycle management and development of quality documents (e.g., Quality Manual, SOPs, and work instructions) Administer and develop eQMS and support the organization in its use Work with deviations, CAPA, and root cause analyses Monitor quality KPIs, contribute to training initiatives, and maintain high standards of safety and quality in operations Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience working with quality management systems and who thrives in a role where structure, analysis, and improvement work are in focus. You collaborate easily with different functions, are communicative, and confident in driving matters independently. Requirements: Experience working with quality management systems Understanding of international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Strong experience with eQMS tools and document management Strong analytical ability and experience with root cause analyses (e.g., 5-why, Fishbone, DMAIC) Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written) and good knowledge of English Meritorious: Relevant higher education or university degree Training in Lean, Six Sigma, or improvement work Experience with audits, CAPA management, and regulatory environments Previous experience from industrial or manufacturing environments ISO 45001 What We Offer At Skruf Snus, you will have a varied role where you make a difference, both in the factory and for our customers.
