Your Workplace Child and Youth Rehabilitation serves children and adolescents up to 17 years of age with permanent, congenital or acquired functional limitations and their families. The children and adolescents may have mobility limitations and/or intellectual functional limitations. The operation is built on interdisciplinary team collaboration where medical, psychological, educational and social expertise work together. Our approach is person-centered, which means we work to ensure that the child is involved in planning, implementing and evaluating interventions. We also conduct structured development work focused on evidence-based group interventions and an expanded range of e-services. Your Responsibilities We offer you a broad and varied position that involves helping children, adolescents and their parents achieve the best possible conditions for a well-functioning daily life. To support the child's environment in various ways in creating good conditions for development and health. As a psychologist, you contribute important expertise to the team around the patient and in your role you will conduct psychological assessments, provide psychological support, advice, supervision and treatment to children, adolescents and parents based on the individual's functional limitation and its consequences for the young person's development and everyday situation. These interventions can be provided both individually and in groups. Psychological assessments are also part of your responsibilities. In addition, you participate in planning interventions together with the child, adolescent and parents as well as other important people in the patient's network. An important part of the work is to collaborate with other actors such as the municipality's student health services, preschool/school, child psychiatry, pediatric medicine, social services and others. Method and development work are also included in your responsibilities. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist and have good knowledge of Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
