About the Position As a psychiatric nurse in Skara Municipality, you will work with young adults and older people who need support and treatment for mental health issues. Your role is central in assessing and implementing care interventions in close collaboration with colleagues in healthcare and social services, and other actors. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who: - Has a specialist nurse degree with a focus on psychiatric care or equivalent competence - Has experience working in psychiatric care - Is confident in your professional role and has a strong ability to build trusting relationships with patients, family members, and colleagues - Has a genuine interest in mental health and a desire to work from a person-centered approach - Is flexible, takes responsibility, and has good collaboration skills Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
