You work closely with both customers and employees and ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. The role combines operational work on-site with administrative tasks. Your responsibilities include: Planning and directing project execution Budget responsibility and financial monitoring Coordinating personnel, machinery, and resources Customer contact and follow-up Ensuring workplace safety and quality requirements are met Grävtech operates in Norrbotten, and for this position you will initially be placed on a project in Malmfälten. The role involves on-site work Monday through Thursday. We are looking for you who: Have experience from construction, earthworks, or contracting industries, preferably in a leadership role. The position also requires a valid driver's license (category B) and strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
