Work Tasks In our Technical Systems section, we work with operational and maintenance projects related to technical installations in road infrastructure in the Stockholm area within the technical fields of: Control Systems, Telesystem, and Traffic Equipment. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with complex technical systems in some of Sweden's most important road facilities. As a project manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on projects within telesystem and technical safety systems in road infrastructure. Your work includes conducting preventive and corrective maintenance as well as reinvestments and improvement measures in areas such as: security systems such as cameras (ITV), lock and access systems, and PA systems for tunnels and surveillance servers technical IT solutions for traffic monitoring and control upgrades to surveillance and security systems You will assist the main project manager with a focus on directing consultants to achieve project goals. You will lead project engineers, construction managers, and technical specialists, and represent the Swedish Transport Administration in dialogue with contractors, suppliers, and other authorities. Qualifications We're looking for a driven and analytical project manager with the ability to drive projects forward in complex environments. You build trust in collaborations and have an easy way of communicating with different types of stakeholders, from technical specialists to contractors and authorities. You work in a structured manner, are solution-oriented, and have a clear focus on quality and results. We're looking for someone who has university or college education of at least 180 credits (120 points) with a technical focus, or alternatively other education combined with relevant work experience that we consider equivalent current and relevant experience for the position in project management or equivalent leading role within technical systems or installations in infrastructure or technical facilities current and relevant experience from contract work a driver's license for passenger cars good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing good knowledge of English in speech and writing It is meritorious if you also have experience in telesystem, access systems, and/or ITV within infrastructure, construction, or real estate procurement and contracts according to LOU and AB/ABT negotiation and contract management Other Information The position is based in Solna.
