Would you like to lead your own contractor projects from start to finish – with full responsibility for both business and execution? At Balco, you'll take on a key role managing multiple parallel projects and overseeing the entire process – from planning and startup to completion and final inspection. You'll drive the projects as your own business, with full focus on economics, timeline, quality, and customer satisfaction. About the Role As a project manager with us: · You lead contractor projects in balcony and façade renovation, primarily for housing cooperatives · You have overall responsibility for project execution, including budget, timeline, and results · You coordinate internal functions such as design, production, and logistics, as well as external parties · You manage procurement and work with some cost estimation · You are a key contact in customer dialogue throughout the project Projects typically range from 10–50 MSEK, where we are usually the general contractor. The position is based in Växjö, and you will regularly visit your projects on-site – which involves travel and overnight stays. What We're Looking For We believe you: · Have experience managing your own projects in construction or contracting · Are accustomed to taking responsibility for economics, timelines, and delivery · Are well-organized and business-driven, with the ability to make decisions and move projects forward · Find it easy to build trust with customers and lead teams · Have strong administrative skills and thrive in a role with many contact points Education in construction, engineering, or economics is a plus – but your experience and drive carry the most weight.
