Learn more about us at https://www.assemblin.com/sv/ Your Role as Project Manager You independently manage projects from the planning stage through final inspection to ensure that established goals are met and results are delivered to the client according to their expectations. The role includes driving the business relationship with the supplier and coordinating contacts while being responsible for technical execution. You are responsible for resource planning and carry financial responsibility for the project. To achieve project goals, you lead and develop your team of skilled installers and technicians. You also have responsibility for establishing and monitoring quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety plans. This position is a full-time role based in Varberg/Halmstad. You will work in an entrepreneurially-driven company characterized by growth and short decision-making processes. Your Background We are looking for someone with education and/or experience from the installation industry. You are an established project manager in the Sprinkler sector who may be ready to take the next step toward contract manager. We prefer that you have an academic degree/qualification with technical focus (HVAC, construction, or similar). Good computer skills and a valid driver's license (category B) are required. You must have previous experience working as a Sprinkler project manager. To succeed in this role, you must be organized, responsible, and have excellent collaboration skills. The position requires high interpersonal competence and the ability to build trust, both internally and with customers. You are sales-oriented and business-minded, naturally curious with a strong interest in the combination of technology, people, economics, and business.
