Do you want to lead your own projects from start to finish—with full responsibility for both business and execution? At Balco, you'll have a key role where you lead multiple parallel projects and take ownership of the entire process—from planning and startup to completion and final inspection. You'll drive projects as standalone businesses, with full focus on economics, timeline, quality, and customer satisfaction. About the Role As a project manager with us: · You lead construction projects within balcony and facade renovations, primarily for housing associations · You have overall responsibility for project execution, including budget, schedule, and results · You coordinate internal functions such as design, production, and logistics, as well as external parties · You manage procurements and handle some estimating work · You are a key contact in customer dialogue throughout the project Projects typically range from 10–50 MSEK in size, where we are usually the main contractor. The position is based in Karlstad, and you'll regularly visit your projects on-site—which involves travel and overnight stays. Who We're Looking For We believe you: · Have experience leading your own projects in construction or contracting · Are accustomed to taking responsibility for economics, schedules, and delivery · Are organized and business-minded, with the ability to make decisions and drive projects forward · Build trust easily with customers and lead teams effectively · Have good administrative skills and thrive in a role with many contact points Education in construction, engineering, or economics is a plus—but your experience and drive matter most.
