Your New Job In the role of project manager within automation, you will be the hub of project operations. You are responsible for our automation projects. Everything from being involved in developing sales estimates, to being responsible for project planning, finances and execution, to final delivery. Your work tasks will mainly consist of: Lead the different phases of projects and be responsible for estimates, results and execution of projects Develop and maintain customer relationships through value-creating add-on sales Work with tasks such as procurement/purchasing, resource planning and quality and work environment efforts Lead and engage employees and work to create a positive team Regularly report project progress and financial status compared to plan Be involved in developing designs, operations and maintenance instructions and participate in inspections Hand over the completed project to the service department Provide feedback on the experiences we have gained in completed projects to other project participants and colleagues Participate in Bravida's improvement efforts and continuously challenge our processes to find a competitive workflow As a project manager, you will have freedom under responsibility. Your New Team The Automation team in Dalarna consists of 18 employees, divided among engineers, technicians and project managers. We are a team that is all driven by development, but above all by having fun at work! In addition to automation, Bravida offers all types of services within electricity, heating, sanitation and ventilation. Our breadth and our collaboration are our strength! We Are Looking For You Who Have previously worked with project management, or have extensive experience as a consultant or control and regulation technician/engineer in the automation industry Have good technical understanding and great interest in programming, IT and network technology Master both Swedish and English in speech and writing Have good financial knowledge Possess a class B driver's license It is highly meriting if you have experience in building automation and/or installation. As a person, you enjoy working both independently and in groups. You are accustomed to taking responsibility and see collaboration as a matter of course. You lead your work team toward a common goal and are social to maintain important contacts. You have a natural ability to build and develop good business relationships and you work actively to keep the project and all its parts together. You enjoy developing and want to learn more about technology—what you don't know, we can teach you! To succeed in the role, you are a driven person and you are comfortable working in an industry that is now facing major changes in terms of digitalizing properties. Placement is possible at several of Bravida Dalarna's branches, for example Falun, Mora or Borlänge.
