The Role of Project Manager Land As a Project Manager for Land in Västerbotten, you lead the project organization in our projects from early stages to completion. You have personnel responsibility for site managers, work leaders, project engineers, and skilled workers, and you ensure that projects are executed safely and in accordance with established goals for time, quality, and economy. In this role, you maintain close dialogue with clients in early stages and are responsible for ensuring that project deliverables meet expectations. You ensure that work follows NCC's values, policies, and operational systems. Together, you ensure that projects are driven with the right focus on safety, economy, and progress. Your Profile You have several years of experience with land and construction projects in a leading position and are comfortable in production-related roles within land and construction. Your background may be a civil engineering degree or equivalent experience. As a leader, you stand firmly in NCC's values – Honesty, Trust, and Respect. You have a coaching and present leadership style, where you support and develop while being clear about requirements, responsibility, and expectations. You create structure, drive work forward, and bring the organization with you even when the pace is high. You are communicative, relationship-building, and experienced in collaborating with many stakeholders, both internally and externally. With multiple parallel projects, you have a good ability to plan, prioritize, and create order for both yourself and your team. You have good IT maturity and are comfortable with digital working methods. Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement, as is a valid driver's license. Experience from larger projects is a merit. About Us Civil North is part of NCC's infrastructure operations and works with land, construction, and infrastructure projects. We are approximately 500 employees distributed across seven production manager groups in Norrbotten, Västerbotten, Västernorrland, Jämtland, and Värmland. Together, we create sustainable solutions for society's future. Additional Information This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. The role requires regular physical presence at our project sites, and we therefore seek someone who lives or is willing to relocate to the Skellefteå area. The position is subject to background checks in accordance with NCC's security culture. We work with classified security projects in the department.
