WORK TASKS We are looking for someone who wants to drive development and create conditions for better and more equitable mental health as well as strengthened suicide prevention work. You have a higher education degree in public health or another education that the employer considers equivalent. You have the ability to see a holistic perspective, are development-oriented and thrive in a role where you can combine strategic work with operational implementation. With your good leadership skills, you have the ability to engage, coordinate and drive the work forward together with others. You work independently and in a structured manner, while also being good at collaborating and building trusting relationships. We see that you have experience leading working groups and driving development work at a strategic level. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and feel confident presenting, training and communicating to different audiences. You have a receptive and professional approach and are used to cooperating with both internal and external actors. A B-driver's license is required for the position as driving may occur. In the role of project manager within TiSK, you will have a meaningful and varied assignment where you work both strategically and close to people in everyday life. The position primarily involves developing and driving local work on mental health and suicide prevention, but in the role you will also work with cross-cutting work within strategic public health work. The position is mainly conducted during daytime on weekdays, but deviating working hours in the evenings may occur, for example if a lecture needs to be scheduled in the evening to reach more people. In collaboration with colleagues and independently, you will: Plan, implement, follow up and report within the project Gather, analyze, convey and disseminate knowledge to staff and residents Map needs for and implement activities based on the national strategy It's About Life to strengthen work on mental health and suicide prevention. Develop and be responsible for dialogue with authorities, municipalities, regions and civil society to identify needs for knowledge support, coordinate efforts and ensure target group adaptation through co-creation processes. Represent the field and present knowledge at conferences and meetings and participate in strategic and proactive promotion and prevention work. Participate in networks and working groups and contribute to the organization's general development work. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements for employment We are looking for someone who has a Bachelor's degree in public health science, social science, behavioral science or equivalent education. Knowledge and experience of work in the field of mental health and suicide prevention, with particular focus on promotion and prevention work. You should be comfortable speaking in front of people and leading processes. B-driver's license is required. It is meritorious if you have experience of independently and strategically working with investigations or development projects within the public health field, for example at a public authority or within a municipality or region. Previously worked in or in cooperation with a user organization or similar for people with personal experience of mental illness. Type of employment: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: By agreement. The position is a project position, fixed-term employment with end date December 31, 2028 but with possibility of extension.
