Now we're looking for an experienced and self-driven CNC programmer who wants to take a key role in our CNC machines and help drive development forward. This is a unique opportunity for you who want significant responsibility, high freedom, and work close to production – where you will practically become a central part of the department and have major influence on both work methods and results. About the Client Company Gängteknik Lego & Metall in Gnosjö AB are experts in threads, sheet metal, and threading. The company manufactures everything from threaded rods, pins, and brackets to special articles and prototypes, and offers cutting operations and contract manufacturing. With extensive experience in thread rolling and cold working, the company is an established player in the heart of the Gnosjö region. Job Responsibilities In this role you will work with: Programming, optimization, and operation of CNC machines Work in both turning and milling Programming in Siemens and Fanuc control systems Setup, adjustment, and quality control in production Ongoing improvement work and optimization of existing processes Independently plan and manage daily operations within your part of production We're looking for someone who is confident in your competence and has the experience needed to quickly get up to speed in the role and contribute to the company's continued development. Your Profile As a person, you have good ability to plan and develop your work tasks. You thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment and find it easy to prioritize in your work. For success in this role, we believe you: Have several years of experience in CNC machining Have good knowledge of programming and machine operation Have experience with Siemens and/or Fanuc Are self-driven, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious Have good Swedish in speech and writing Thrive with responsibility and working in a developing environment We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
