Your Profile For our client, Weland Stål AB, we are now looking for you who are curious, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in product development. You enjoy taking responsibility for your tasks while appreciating working together with others. We would like to see that you have: Relevant education in product development, design, or engineering Experience in product development or similar tasks Good technical understanding Experience with 3D CAD and other relevant development tools Fluent Swedish, spoken and written The development work will be equally theoretical and practical. Therefore, it is important that, in addition to your design and technical knowledge, you have good workshop experience. Responsibilities For almost 50 years, Weland Stål has been a major player in the roof safety segment. Their philosophy of developing smart, simple, and effective solutions has made Weland Stål a market leader and one of the largest manufacturers in the Nordic region. As a product developer, you will work on developing and improving products, largely in Magnelis thin-plate steel, based on market needs and the company's strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in various functions and contribute with both technical expertise and new perspectives. Your responsibilities may include: Developing new products and solutions Improving and further developing existing products, including roof safety solutions Creating prototypes and technical documentation Collaborating with production, procurement, and other internal departments About the Position Scope: Full-time, daytime.
