Product/Production Developer

SI TECH AB seeks a Product/Production Developer Do you have a technical interest and want to be part of a world-leading company in marine technical apparel? We are looking for someone who wants to work with product development and contribute to both improving existing production and developing new production flows. About SI TECH AB SI TECH AB has extensive experience in the marine sector and is a world leader in our field. Our customers are primarily manufacturers of technical apparel such as drysuits and rescue suits, and our products are sold globally through a distribution network. We have our own product development, production, marketing, and sales, which means we have control over the entire value chain – from idea to finished product. Our facility is located in Brastad and we have approximately 30 employees. We work closely with our customers and develop or adapt products to meet their needs. Additionally, we are entering exciting new application areas for our products, which opens up more development opportunities within the company. About the Role With us, you will have an active and varied role focused on developing products and production flows. You will: ✅ Develop and improve production processes to increase efficiency and quality ✅ Optimize production flows and implement new methods ✅ Work together with the product development team to develop and adapt products according to customer needs ✅ Use CAD software to create and update drawings ✅ Liaise with suppliers ✅ Collaborate with the sales side to ensure products meet customer requirements Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who: - Has CAD knowledge and experience working in CAD programs - Is analytical & solution-oriented – can identify improvement areas and implement changes - Is collaborative & responsive – you work in the production development team but also closely with both the production team and the sales side - Is technically minded – has understanding of production processes and enjoys improving them - Speaks and writes Swedish & English fluently - Is analytical & solution-oriented – can identify improvement areas and implement changes in workflows Desirable Experience ✔ Experience in production development ✔ Knowledge of LEAN, 5S, or other methods for efficient production ✔ Experience in product development ✔ Practical manufacturing such as turning, milling, welding, and injection molding What We Offer 🌍 A position in a world-leading company in our industry. 👥 An experienced team with extensive product knowledge. 📈 Opportunity to drive change and develop production. 🚀 An exciting future with new application areas for our products.
