Right now we at Uniflex are looking for a production technician for a consulting assignment at a production facility in Halmstad. In this role you will be employed by Uniflex and work as a consultant at the customer's site, where you will have an important function in supporting and developing production. About the position: The operation in Halmstad consists of two main parts: Assembly of larger systems that are completed for delivery Manufacturing of cables and electrical cabinets for both local production and other units As a production technician you work closely with operators and production management in daily operations. Your task is to ensure efficient working methods, stable processes and high quality throughout the manufacturing flow. You will become part of the team on site in Halmstad, while also working closely with other production technicians within the organization, primarily in Gothenburg. The role is subject to security requirements, which means you will need to undergo and be approved in a security clearance according to applicable regulations. Your responsibilities: In this role you will, among other things: Develop and improve production processes and workflows Analyze deviations and identify improvement measures Support production on quality and process-related issues Ensure that new work steps and techniques are implemented efficiently Work with planning, instructions and manufacturing documentation Monitor key performance indicators and contribute with improvement suggestions Participate in meetings and drive activities related to production Provide support to operators in daily work You will also be involved in improvement work according to Lean and Agile principles. We would like to see that you: Have relevant university education - BSc or MSc, preferably in Production Engineering 5 years of experience as a production technician Are experienced in collaborating between design and production Are curious, engaged and take responsibility Have a structured approach and very good analytical skills Are self-driven but also a team player Have a good understanding of production and processes Enjoy combining strategic thinking with practical implementation Have a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction Good knowledge of the Office suite Good knowledge and experience working in Creo Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English (speaking and writing) You contribute to a positive work environment and have a drive for continuous improvement.
