About the Position We're looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for developing and structuring our maintenance and production technical work. The role offers great opportunities to influence work methods, structure, and future development. You'll work closely with our Production Manager and team leaders, playing a central role in operational reliability, improvement initiatives, and technical support in production. The role is broad and varied—one day you might be troubleshooting and performing repairs in production, and the next day you could be participating in product development, CAD drawing, or commissioning new products and machines. You'll become an important part of our daily operations and are expected to contribute both operatively and strategically. Example Work Tasks: Continuously develop preventive maintenance Troubleshooting and problem-solving in production Plan and follow up on maintenance work with the Production Manager Participate in product development and testing Work with CAD drawing and design Drive the commissioning of new products and machines Perform repairs and technical maintenance Provide practical support to production as needed Participate in daily production meetings and improvement initiatives You'll report to the Production Manager and work closely with operations in daily work. Requirements: Experience in industrial mechanics, production engineering, maintenance, or similar technical role Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in production Experience with CAD and design Understanding of machines, maintenance, and production Ability to work independently and take initiative Good collaboration skills Technical interest and drive for improvement Meritorious: Technical interest and drive for improvement Experience with welding, turning, and milling Knowledge of cutting operations Experience with the Monitor business system Experience with product development or planning We value the right personality, experience, and commitment most highly—formal education is not a requirement.
