At the Strängnäs factory, we manufacture concrete ground products with a high degree of automation. Production operates in shifts with 11 employees. During 2023-2024, new machines have been installed and the existing machinery has been upgraded to a state-of-the-art facility with two production lines. Are you interested in working in production with us? In the role of factory worker, you will primarily work in our highly automated production lines ensuring product quality, performing tool changeovers, parameter adjustments, operator maintenance, and machine cleaning. Other work tasks may occur. The work can be physically demanding. Tasks awaiting you: Quality measurement and data recording Process monitoring Parameter adjustment Tool changes Cleaning Order handling and warehouse work Who are we looking for? The work requires no specific vocational training, but we would like you to have: Industrial technical high school education Experience in production, warehouse work, or industry Previous experience from the concrete industry We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone who demonstrates commitment and responsibility in your work. Other information The position begins with a fixed-term employment with the possibility of permanent employment. The work is currently scheduled in two shifts, alternating weeks: day shift Monday-Friday 05:30-14:30 and evening shift Monday-Thursday 14:30-00:30.
