Production Worker for our esteemed production facility in Gävle About the Role We are now seeking a production worker who wants to be part of our esteemed production in Gävle, where we have manufactured wallpapers for generations with a focus on quality, feel, and craftsmanship. In this role, you will work broadly in production and contribute wherever needed – from the color mixing area where water-based paint is prepared, to warehouse work and other production tasks. Together with dedicated colleagues, you will help ensure that our products maintain the high quality that Duro is known for. Your Main Responsibilities Mix water-based paint in the color mixing area according to recipes and quality standards Work in production, where various tasks may occur Warehouse work such as picking, packing, and material handling Ensure order, quality, and a safe working method Help out wherever needed in our daily production We Are Looking For You If You Enjoy hands-on work and working with your hands Are thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented Have strong teamwork skills and contribute to a positive team spirit Are flexible and enjoy varied work tasks Have a forklift certificate or experience from production/warehouse (advantageous but not required) What matters most to us is the right attitude – we value commitment, professional pride, and the desire to do a good job.
