You control the quality of finished profiles, document deviations, and actively contribute to improvement work in the team. About You We are looking for someone who is thorough, responsible, and thrives in a practical production role. You work methodically, have a strong safety mindset, and are accustomed to following procedures throughout the work process. As a person, you are self-directed but also enjoy collaborating and communicating with colleagues. You bring stability, structure, and a strong focus on quality to your daily work. Most importantly, you have the right attitude, a willingness to develop, and a commitment to contributing to safe and efficient production.
