About the Role As Production Manager, you have overall responsibility for production and work closely with both operations and management. You ensure that production runs efficiently, maintains the right quality, and delivers according to set targets. You lead production through your shift supervisors and are responsible for creating structure, clarity, and the right conditions for the team. The role is both operational and strategic—you are present in production while also driving development and improvement initiatives forward. You will work with, among other things: Overall responsibility for production, workflows, and capacity Leadership and development of shift supervisors and employees Drive improvement efforts in quality, efficiency, and work environment Ensure that production reaches set targets and KPIs Work closely with site manager, quality, and other functions Develop working methods, structure, and routines in production At Lechner, safety and work environment are a natural part of the operation and something that permeates daily work in production. We Are Looking for You We believe you have experience from a leadership role in manufacturing industry, for example as a production manager, production director, or similar. You have clear leadership skills, technical interest, and a strong ability to organize and structure operations.
