ABOUT THE ROLE: As a production engineer, you will have a varied and developmental role where you work closely with production with a focus on improving, streamlining, and developing the company's processes and working methods. You will be an important part of creating a stable, sustainable, and well-functioning production where quality, efficiency, and work environment are central. The role involves broad responsibility where you work both operationally and strategically with production development. You analyze flows and processes, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives that contribute to increased efficiency and better working methods. The work takes place in close collaboration with production, technology, and other internal functions, which means many contact points and a strong focus on collaboration and communication. RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive and develop continuous improvement work in production. Analyze and optimize production flows and processes. Identify and implement efficient and sustainable working methods. Conduct analyses and follow-ups related to production and capacity. Collaborate closely with production and internal functions in development and change work. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: Have a university degree or master's degree in mechanical engineering, production, industrial economics, or equivalent field. Have a good understanding of production flows and processes. Are fluent in Swedish and English as both languages are used in the work. It is not a requirement but meritable if you: Have experience working in production or in a similar role.
