Ekets Ullman is seeking a Production Manager who drives change, creates stable production flows, and builds structures that make work easier for both leaders and employees. About the role In this role, you will have a clear mandate: develop production through stable processes and clear follow-up. You will lead through department heads and be part of the factory management team, where you drive improvements toward increased efficiency and delivery precision. The role combines hands-on leadership with the opportunity to set direction and drive improvements that create lasting impact. You will, among other things: Develop processes and follow-up in production, from daily management to improvements. Lead and develop the department heads and create clarity in responsibility, priorities, and collaboration. Create engagement through clear and present leadership. Ensure safe and well-functioning production with focus on delivery, resource efficiency, and stable flows. You will be part of the factory management group and report to the Factory Manager. Initially, you will have four department heads reporting to you, as well as two production technicians. The position is located at Ekets Ullman in Alvesta. Your profile We are looking for someone with experience in production in a leadership role such as Production Manager or similar. You have successfully driven change and improvement initiatives in a manufacturing operation and are experienced in managing complex flows and daily operations. Experience with improvement methodologies such as Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma is a merit. Knowledge of machining is an advantage but not required. Technical understanding of manufacturing and production processes is important. You understand that an efficient factory is built through good leadership, collaboration, continuous improvements, and shared goals. You create conditions with clear roles and responsibilities and by developing others. We believe you are a confident and present leader who enjoys daily collaboration with people and who can act on what needs to be done now, while maintaining direction and priorities over time. You have good knowledge of business systems and handle Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing.
