We are now seeking an experienced and development-driven Production Manager who wants to make a real difference by leading people, processes, and technology to the next level. About the Role As Production Manager, you will have a key role in shaping and further developing production at our two facilities in Bor and Horda. You will lead the operation with a holistic perspective and create the right conditions for production that is efficient, safe, and commercially strong—both today and over time. In this role, you will drive the operation forward through initiatives that develop both people and production. By strengthening competence, leadership, and collaboration in the organization, while driving efficiency improvements, better work methods, and smart system support, you will create conditions for competitive, efficient, and quality-driven production. You will identify improvement opportunities, lead development projects, and follow up results using relevant key performance indicators for both operations and employees. You will have overall personnel responsibility for approximately 100 employees and will lead the operation in close collaboration with production leaders and team leaders. Together, you will build a strong organization where engagement, responsibility, and confidence in the future are central. In this role, you report to the CEO and are part of the company's management team. Your Profile We are looking for someone with solid experience in leadership in a production environment and who thrives in assignments where you can combine stable operations with long-term development. You have previously been involved in building up or further developing production operations, preferably in the automotive industry, and you have a strong interest in people, technology, efficiency improvements, and continuous improvement. You are well familiar with LEAN principles or similar methodology and see the value in creating structure, quality, and sustainable work methods. As a leader, you are confident, clear, and engaging. You create direction, build trust, and help people grow through present and developmental leadership. You are accustomed to making decisions, prioritizing, and driving change with both business and people in focus.
